Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread Smoothie
You’ve got zucchini to use and can only make so many zucchini noodles before your family starts asking for something else for dinner. We’ve got you covered with this zucchini bread smoothie. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1 small frozen banana
1 cup zucchini, chopped
1 scoop Vanilla Protein & Greens (make this chocolate zucchini bread with Chocolate Protein & Greens and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1-2 tsp cinnamon
Optional: top with vegan chocolate chips and/or chopped walnuts
