Blueberry Post-Workout Ice Pops
It can be hard to cool out after a sweaty workout in this summer heat. Get ready to chill out with these blueberry post-workout ice pops. Don’t have ice pop molds? Swap half a cup of the yogurt for water and toss these ingredients in a blender for a blueberry post-workout protein shake for one. As originally posted on MyVega.com.
Ingredients
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cup non-dairy yogurt
1 scoop Vanilla Vega® Clean Protein
Optional: 1 Tbsp lemon zest
Directions
In a blender, combine the lemon juice, yogurt and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
Fold in blueberries.
Pour into pop mold.
Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours (overnight is ideal).
